I've only done the Reiki Psychic Attunement, I haven't done any of the others and I can tell this is pretty powerful stuff. I felt heat all over my body, saw a lot of colors, and my hands were literally sparkling after the attunement (though it wasn't a physical sparkle, it's like there was energy all around my hands and shooting out of my fingertips). I'd advise other meditation works along with Reiki training...
